Bacon-Wrapped Squash Bites — Holiday Side for 6

Unpack Your Kit Ingredients
chopped local squash (Bates County Produce)
local bacon (Burger's Smokehouse)
chopped fresh rosemary
Grab Your Cookware and Staples
cutting board and knife
parchment paper (included in kit)
Step 1: Prepare the Squash
PREHEAT the oven to 400 degrees.
LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.
COMBINE the squash, molasses, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and rosemary. Mix well to coat.
ARRANGE the squash in rows on the baking sheet.
Step 2: Wrap the Squash
SLICE the bacon into quarters.
WRAP a quarter-slice of bacon over the top of each squash piece. (Save the extra bacon for tomorrow's breakfast!)
DRIZZLE any remaining sauce over the top.
Step 3: Bake the Pumpkin Bites
COVER the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
BAKE covered for 20 minutes.
REMOVE the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the squash is fork tender.
SERVE and enjoy!
