Unpack Your Kit Ingredients

fresh basil leaves
cauliflower crumbles
sliced radish
chopped asparagus
green peas
sliced kalamata olives
champagne vinaigrette

Grab Your Cookware and Staples

Step 1: Cut the Basil Chiffonade

STACK the fresh basil leaves on your cutting board and roll them into a tube. (We provide the basil leaves whole to preserve optimum freshness.)

CUT the basil into thin strips. 

Step 2: Prepare the Salad

COMBINE the basil, cauliflower crumbles, radish, arugula, asparagus, peas and kalamata olives in a large bowl.

TOSS with the champagne vinaigrette.

SERVE and enjoy!
