Fettuccine and Meatballs w/ Peach Crumble (Family Style)

Step 1: Prepare the Peach Crumble
PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees.
CUT open the peaches, remove the pits and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
COAT the bottom of the baking dish with 1 butter ball.
ADD the peaches to the baking dish and stir in the sugar and lemon juice.
TOP with the crumble mix and remaining butter balls. (Distribute the butter balls around the top of the crumble mix.)
BAKE for 20 minutes and stir. Then bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Step 2: Boil the Pasta
While the peach crumble bakes...
BOIL 6 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt in a large pot.
ADD the fettuccine noodles and cook until al dente (about 15 minutes).
DRAIN the pasta.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
While the pasta boils...
WARM the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
STIR in the carrots, celery and onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
ADD the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
STIR in the marinara and meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Serve It Up
STIR together the fettuccine and meatball sauce.
SERVE the pasta topped with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
ENJOY the peach crumble for dessert. (We recommend a little vanilla ice cream on top!)
