Grilled Wine Brats w/ Corn Slaw

1. START THE SLAW
COMBINE vinegar, cabbage mixture and onion in a medium bowl.
2. GRILL THE BRATS
Choose your cooking method:
GRILL (Chef K Recommended): Place brats on the grill. Cook to desired doneness.
STOVETOP: Place brats on a grill pan and cook over medium-high heat to desired doneness, about 8 minutes over medium-high heat for well-done.
3. PUT IT ALL TOGETHER, SERVE & ENJOY!
CHOP mint and add to slaw mixture (we give it to you whole for optimal freshness).
ADD corn and cilantro to slaw mixture. Toss with desired amount of dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
SERVE brats with mustard and pretzel buns and with corn slaw on the side. Enjoy with a cold brew or cider!
