IN YOUR BOX

HFCo steak seasoning
plant-based burger patties
smoked cheddar cheese (Hemme)
gluten-free buns
tomato
sliced red onion
Bibb lettuce
ketchup (Boys Grow)
spicy smoked mustard (Just Enough Heat)


FROM YOUR KITCHEN

non-stick spray
griddle or cast iron skillet
cutting board and knife


COOK THE BURGERS

SPRAY griddle or cast iron skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat.

SPRINKLE desired amount of steak seasoning on both sides of each plant-based burger patty.

COOK patties about 3-5 minutes on each side (be careful not to overcook).

PLACE cheddar cheese on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt, if desired. *Omit cheese for vegan option!

TOAST buns on same griddle or in same cast iron skillet for extra yumminess!


DRESS ‘EM UP & CHOW ‘EM DOWN

CUT heirloom tomato into slices on cutting board.

SERVE cooked patties on buns with sliced tomato, red onion, Bibb lettuce, ketchup and spicy smoked mustard, if desired. *Omit buns for vegan option!
