Mix & Match Butter Basted Salmon

FROM YOUR KITCHEN

medium skillet
cutting board and knife
large spoon


PREPARE THE SALMON

SEASON salmon fillets with the HFCo salmon seasoning.

MELT the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

PLACE the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down.

BASTE IT, BASTE IT REAL GOOD

SPOON the butter over the fillets to baste. (The butter will brown and that’s yummy!)

REDUCE heat to medium-low.

BASTE the salmon with butter for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

TRANSFER the salmon to serving plates.

SLICE the lemon into rounds on cutting board.

SQUEEZE a lemon slice over each fillet and lay the lemon on top. Enjoy!
