Mix & Match Crispy Tofu Two Ways

IN YOUR BOX

tofu (Good Natured Family Farms)
sesame oil
HFCo 5 spice blend
soy sauce
garlic ginger sauce
HFCo Ethiopian spice blend


FROM YOUR KITCHEN

cutting board and knife
two small bowls
baking sheet
non-stick spray


MARINATE AND BAKE THE TOFU

PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees.

CUT tofu into 1 inch cubes, divide into two small bowls.

TOSS sesame oil, HFCo 5 spice blend and soy sauce with tofu in one bowl.

TOSS garlic ginger sauce and Ethiopian Spice Blend with tofu in the other bowl.

SPRAY baking sheet with non-stick spray.

PLACE tofu on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes on top rack.

FLIP tofu, and cook for 5-10 more minutes, or until crispy.

SERVE and enjoy!
