Mix & Match Fettuccine Alfredo

IN YOUR BOX

fettuccini noodles
butter balls
shallots
roasted minced garlic
organic heavy whipping cream
parmesan cheese
peas (Heart & Soul)
lemon juice
garlic salt
white pepper
chopped parsley


FROM YOUR KITCHEN

large stockpot
colander or mesh strainer
medium pan
salt and pepper


COOK THE NOODLES

BOIL salted water in a large stockpot over high heat.

ADD fettuccine and boil for 10-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain cooked fettuccine in a colander or mesh strainer.


CRAFT THE SAUCE AND PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

MELT butter over medium heat in medium pan.

ADD shallots and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

STIR in the whipping cream and bring to a boil. Add in parmesan and stir until melted.

COMBINE peas, lemon juice, garlic salt and white pepper. Turn off heat.

RETURN noodles to the pan and combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
