Mix & Match Stuffed Pork Chops

small microwave-safe bowl
cast iron grill or sauté pan
pie plate or small baking dish
MAKE THE STUFFING
PREHEAT the oven to 450 degrees.
PLACE butter in small microwave-safe bowl and melt in microwave.
MIX spicy smoked mustard, parsley, dried mustard, panko and Asiago cheese with the melted butter.
SEAR, STUFF & BAKE THE PORK CHOPS
SEASON both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
HEAT cast iron grill or sauté pan over high heat. Add pork chops and sear both sides until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
SPRAY pie plate or small baking dish with non-stick spray. Place pork chops in pie plate. Cut a “T” in the center of each pork chop with sharp knife and fill with stuffing.
COVER pie plate with foil and bake pork chops in oven for 15 minutes for well done or bake till desired doneness.
