wholegrain naan bread
garlic herb sheep’s milk cheese (Green Dirt)
lemon pepper olive oil
FROM YOUR KITCHEN
cutting board and knife
salt and pepper
LET’S GO, PESTO
HEAT oven to 425 degrees.
SPRAY a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
ARRANGE wholegrain naan bread pieces side-by-side on baking sheet. Place all ingredients on both naan pieces.
SPREAD pesto on naan.
SLICE heirloom tomatoes in half length-wise on cutting board and place over pesto.
PLACE dollops of garlic herb sheep’s milk cheese on flatbread.
DRIZZLE with lemon pepper olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
BAKE pizzas on top rack of oven for 10 minutes.
CUT into desired amount of slices.
SERVE and enjoy!
