Spicy Avocado Turkey Lettuce Wrap w/ Snap Pea Crips

cooked turkey breast
lime juice crystals
organic extra virgin olive oil packet
chili flakes
chopped jicama
chopped red onion
chopped cilantro
red roasted peppers
diced hatch chiles
sriracha packets
bibb lettuce

Step 1: Dice the Turkey & Make the Lime Juice

RINSE turkey breast under cold water.
★NEVER FEAR! Your turkey is packaged in a simple brine to naturally preserve the meat.

CUT turkey in half on cutting board and remove the skin.

DICE desired amount of turkey into bite-sized cubes and place in medium bowl.

COMBINE lime juice crystals with 1 tablespoon of warm water in small bowl. Stir until dissolved.

Step 2: Make the Avocado Turkey Filling

CUT the avocado in half on same cutting board and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado and mash with a fork or masher until smooth on cutting board.

☐ADD the lime juice, avocado, olive oil, chili flakes, jicama, red onion, cilantro, red peppers, hatch chiles and TWO sriracha packets to the medium bowl with diced turkey and mix together with a spoon. *Omit sriracha to keep meal Whole 30® .

SEASON with salt and pepper to taste. For an extra kick, add more sriracha!


★ Jica-Whaaaaa?★

That’s jicama, pronounced “HICK-ah-mah” or "HEE-kah-mah.” Also known as the “Mexican water chestnut” and “Mexican yam bean,” this tuber has origins in the Mexican peninsula and is similar in texture to a turnip but closer in taste to an apple. Jicama is an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C, and it adds a wonderful crunch to any meal!

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

SPOON the avocado turkey filling into the bibb lettuce to make lettuce wraps and serve with snap pea crisps on the side.
